Escrip is a year-round fundraiser that benefits our school at no cost to you. In addition to Vons, there are a number of other merchants on the eScrip program If you have not joined, click here or visit www.escrip.com. If you already are a supporter, but would like to add Thurgood Marshall Middle School, click on "my eScript" on their website and manage your account. You can support up to 3 schools/organizations!. Value and Entertainment Coupon Books
The Value & Entertainment Value Books fundraiser starts September 10 and ends September 24. This is one of our school's biggest fundraiser each year! The value books cost $20.00 and our schools earns up to $10.00 for every book sold. The value book has over $12,000 in savings. By using just a few coupons the savings will pay for the value book itself. Some of the places you will find coupons to are: Sammy's Woodside Fire Pizza, Pat & Oscars, T.G.I.F Fridays, On the Border, and purchasing movie tickets at the box office! The Entertainment books cost $40.00 and are available upon request. Our school earns up to $10.00 for every book sold. You can purchase the Entertainment Book on-line. Visit www.fundraising.entertainment.com and click on the "Seller Section". Enter our school's account number: 609657 and then follow the on screen instructions. Our school will earn money for every out-of town book sold! Cush Legs for Literacy Come join the annual CUSH LEGS FOR LITERACY 5K Fun Run/Walk held during the fall semester. The fun community run/walk benefited literacy programs at all Scripps Ranch Schools. Proceeds from Marshall’s students and family’s registration will directly benefit programs at Marshall Middle School. There is a 1-mile fun/run walk and medals for all kids under age 12. After the run there will be refreshments from local business and vendors like Brueggers, Starbucks, Planet Smoothie, On the Border, Pat & Oscars and McDonalds to name a few. Enjoy arts & crafts, balloon artists, raffles, prizes and more. In addition there will be T-shirts and goody bags for both the 5-k and the 1-mile participants.
